DR. DUGAGJIN SPANCA – PRESIDENT OF THE 14TH BALKAN CONGRESS OF ORL AND HEAD & NECK SURGERY

Dr. Dugagjin Spanca is one of the most prominent figures in otolaryngology in Kosova and the region. As President of the Kosova Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgeons, he is playing an important role in strengthening professional and scientific cooperation with regional and European partners.

Under his leadership, Pristina will host for the first time the 14th Balkan Congress of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery (ORL & HNS), which will be held on 11–13 June 2026.

This event represents one of the most important moments for Kosovar medicine and a special opportunity to exchange experiences, knowledge, and the most contemporary practices with experts from the Balkans and Europe.

Since 2024, Dr. Spanca has also been the President of the Balkan Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, whereas his dedication to professional development, continuing education, and raising healthcare standards is creating important experiences in the ORL community, making him one of the most respected voices in this field in the region.
