Abstract Submission Guidelines
Please read first in order to avoid submission problems
GUIDELINES FOR SENDING ABSTRACTS
The abstract body (not counting abstract title or author string) shall be up to 700 words.
Graphs, photos and/or tables are accepted. There should not be identifiable patient name, data or face features.
Video format: Must not exceed 5 minutes, sound optional, MOV or MP4 formats only.
SUBMISSION CHECKLIST
You will need the following information before you submit your abstract:
Principal Contact & Presenter Information (name, address, phone number and email address)
Name and email address of sponsoring member
List of Authors
Abstract body (up to 700 words)
Use font 12, Times New Roman
Please ensure that there are no grammar errors
2 Self-Assessment Questions and answers for CME in case your paper is accepted for oral presentation or Quick-shot
Deadline for submission: April 5th, 2026. No abstracts will be accepted after the deadline.
Authors notified: May 4th, 2026
Manuscript for oral presentation: April 5th, 2026 Efforts will be made to publish the papers in the established journal and Clinical Abstract book.
NOTE: Abstracts, posters or videos that have been previously presented and published will be rejected.
