He was born on September 1, 1966, in Yerk\u00f6y, Turkey.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"275\" data-end=\"745\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">He completed his medical education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and subsequently pursued residency training in Otorhinolaryngology at the same institution. Following his residency, he continued his academic career at Hacettepe University, advancing from fellow to assistant professor, associate professor, and later full professor. He also served as a visiting professor in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Cincinnati Children\u2019s Hospital between 2003 and 2004.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"986\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Prof. \u00dcnal held the position of Professor and Chairman of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Ac\u0131badem University from 2009 to 2015. He is currently a Professor at Ko\u00e7 University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otorhinolaryngology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1195\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">His clinical and research interests include pediatric otolaryngology\u2014particularly airway reconstruction and congenital ear anomalies\u2014as well as head and neck cancer treatment and craniomaxillofacial surgery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1627\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">He is an active member of several prestigious professional organizations, including the Turkish Society of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, the European Rhinologic Society, the European Society of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology (ESPO), AO CMF, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology\u2013Head and Neck Surgery.
